Hi, I’m Dj.Smizsanszky from Hungary, I moved to the UK 14 years ago. I have been on the DJ Scene since 1990 (when we were still playing from Stereo Cassette Tape Deck -on (AIWA R450) just before CDs started becoming more popular for the younger generations - therefore I have a wide range of knowledge of 80s 90s 2000s pop music. My very first experience with techno music was in 1987 when I heard Depeche Mode (an English electronic music band )playing. I have a large repertoire of music from which to choose and I will play a combination of the electronic music ,techno -my favourite DJ’s are Richie Hawtin, Sven Vath, Chris Liebing, I have been strongly influenced by my favourite DJ’s when I started to play on the stage. I played music in a variety of nightclubs, bars and private parties in Hungary for almost 20 years before I moved to the UK. I love my hobby and there is no doubt that it has brought immense value to my life especially in the past 4 years, since I created my own website, I started to play music and DJ , publishing and sharing my DJ mixes on a few online music streaming service like Mixcloud, PlayDJ , SoundCloud, Youtube and Facebook.
